Our founder Heather, a certified beauty educator and industry professional, saw a need for hands on, beginner friendly training that focused not just on technique, but on confidence. Since then, Belle Femme has trained hundreds of aspiring beauty professionals across the UK, helping them turn their passion into a career.

With nearly a decade of experience in advanced aesthetics, Heather is not only a master of her craft, she’s also a passionate educator. As the founder of both HJ Aesthetics and Belle Femme Academy, she brings an unmatched level of knowledge, care, and clarity to her teaching.
