Welcome to Belle Femme Aesthetics & Training Academy. By accessing and using our website, booking a course or training service, or engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services provided by Belle Femme Aesthetics & Training Academy ("we," "our," "us"). Our academy is located at 334 Stratford Road, Shirley, B90 3DN.

2. Course Bookings, Services & Deposits

Booking Process: All courses and training sessions can be booked via our website or by contacting us directly. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your place on any course. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the first day of training.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Failure to pay the remaining balance on the day may result in being refused entry to the course without a refund of the deposit.
Course Availability: We reserve the right to amend or cancel any courses or services due to unforeseen circumstances. If a course is cancelled by us, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another available course or service.

3. Payment Plans

We offer payment plans through approved third-party providers (e.g., Klarna, PayPal Credit).
Eligibility for payment plans is subject to approval by the provider.
By choosing a payment plan, you agree to the provider’s terms and conditions.
The £500 deposit must still be paid upfront directly to Bellefemme Aesthetics, regardless of payment plan approval.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) no later than 14 days before the scheduled course start date.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the course fee, including the deposit.
No refunds, full or partial, will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or failure to complete the course.
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergency), Bellefemme Aesthetics may consider rescheduling at its sole discretion, subject to availability and proof.

5. Course Changes

Bellefemme Aesthetics reserves the right to:

Modify course content, trainers, dates, or venues when deemed necessary.
Cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer illness, venue issues, insufficient enrolments).

In the unlikely event that Bellefemme Aesthetics cancels a course, students will be offered:

A full refund of any course fees paid directly to Bellefemme Aesthetics (excluding finance or administrative fees charged by third parties).
Or the option to transfer to a future course date.

6. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking a course or service.
Health & Safety: If attending a course or training session, you are required to adhere to all health and safety guidelines set by the academy and instructors. Any failure to comply with health and safety protocols may result in removal from the session.
Professional Conduct: All students and clients are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards others. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from courses for inappropriate behaviour.

7. Liability

Bellefemme Aesthetics accepts no liability for:

Loss or damage to personal property while attending training.
Travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to course cancellation or rescheduling.
All students participate at their own risk. Bellefemme Aesthetics will not be held liable for any injury sustained during training, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.
Students must adhere to all health and safety instructions and conduct themselves professionally at all times.

8. Certification

Certificates of completion will be issued only to students who:

Attend all training sessions in full.
Successfully complete all practical and theoretical assessments to the trainer’s satisfaction.
Have paid all course fees in full.
Bellefemme Aesthetics reserves the right to withhold certification if course requirements are not met.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the intellectual property of Belle Femme Aesthetics & Training Academy and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the content without our express written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering services and courses and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belle Femme Aesthetics & Training Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or any other economic loss, arising from your use of our services or website.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Belle Femme Aesthetics & Training Academy, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services or website.
