At Belle Femme Aesthetics & Training Academy, we are committed to providing the highest quality training and services. Please take the time to carefully review our refund policy before booking any courses or services.
No Refund Policy
As the services we provide are delivered in-person and involve specialised training, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made. This policy applies to all courses, training sessions, and services provided by our academy.
Why No Refunds?
Our services require significant preparation and allocation of resources, including instructor time, course materials, and customised training experiences. Once these resources are committed, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or changes to bookings.
Transfers & Rescheduling
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that life circumstances can change. If you are unable to attend a scheduled course or training session, you may be eligible to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 7 days in advance to request a transfer. Transfers are allowed only once per booking and are subject to approval.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In rare cases, such as a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider offering a partial refund or alternative arrangements. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a course or service, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. Please note that cancellations will not be refunded, but we will be happy to discuss alternative options, such as rescheduling or transferring your booking.
